“For anyone struggling with hitting macros, I can’t say enough good things about what a life-saver MMP has been with helping me plan my meals. And everything is so easy to make and delish! I spend time on Thursday or Friday planning my meals for Sunday – the following Thursday and then make my grocery list. I usually just search by ingredient (fish, shrimp, black beans) or “low carb” or “vegetarian” whatever I’m feeling to get some variety and browse what comes up. When I started this program I tried to track macros on the fly and that just wasn’t working. Planning ahead is key even though I tend to be a little over the top about it! Of course, things come up but with a plan already in place it’s much easier to adjust for the unexpected.”

Kate makes it so easy! There are so many good recipes but I think my favorite might be AHP 024 Steak and Broccoli Stir-Fry. So good!”

“I’ve always loved cooking and didn’t really need recipes to pull off a decent meal. That also meant I had a hard time handing the kitchen over to my husband since he isn’t as comfortable “winging it” with a handful of ingredients and it’s tough to explain a plan for a meal without an actual recipe to follow.
It’s been crazy busy at work the past couple of weeks and I’ve been sending him the MMP recipes for whatever I’m planning for dinner on a given night when I’m stuck in the office and he’s absolutely nailing it because they’re so easy to follow! Last night, unprompted, he said “I feel like this program is helping me be a better cook. I’m really enjoying these recipes.” Just wanted to share! This might be my biggest win so far.”

“About two years ago I found myself in an unhealthy rut and headed toward some serious medical issues if I didn’t make a change. I began a fitness routine and began to see results. Part of this fitness plan included recommended meal plans, but I still struggled to get my food choices under control.
Macro Meals Planned is an easy site to use, offers a huge variety of meal options for ALL dietary needs, and includes shopping lists and easy to follow recipe steps.
I haven’t found a recipe yet that wasn’t delicious and fit perfectly into my fitness plans. Some of my favorites have been: AHP173 – Shashuka, AHP009 – Carne Asada w/Chimichurri and green beans, AHP556 – Lettuce wrapped jalapeño cheddar burgers w/carrot fries, and AHP573 – chicken w/balsamic apple quinoa salad.
If you are like me and want a variety of choice without the struggle and guessing for your meal planning, I highly recommend MMP!
