“For anyone struggling with hitting macros, I can’t say enough good things about what a life-saver A Healthy Passion has been with helping me plan my meals. And everything is so easy to make and delish! I spend time on Thursday or Friday planning my meals for Sunday – the following Thursday and then make my grocery list. I usually just search by ingredient (fish, shrimp, black beans) or “low carb” or “vegetarian” whatever I’m feeling to get some variety and browse what comes up, choose a few and plug them into MFP for the days of the week. I typically plan my meals and snacks in MFP the day before or even up to 2 days before especially if I have leftovers I want to use up. Cooking Light also has great recipes and they’re easily found in MFP. When I started this program I tried to track macros on the fly and that just wasn’t working. Planning ahead is key even though I tend to be a little over the top about it! Of course, things come up but with a plan already in place it’s much easier to adjust for the unexpected.”

This website helps us get yummy and nutritious meals and still get to enjoy family time. Each recipes is two servings….so it’s perfect for me and the hubby or meal prepping my lunches for the week. Kate makes it so easy! There are so many good recipes but I think my favorite might be AHP 024 Steak and Broccoli Stir-Fry. So good!”
