Memorial Day Weekend is just around the corner and I must say I look SO forward to a weekend of grilling + relaxing outside.
I figured it would be fun today to share some of my favorite picnic and patio recipes so no matter what your plans may look like this year you can still enjoy delicious food!
We added this one just in time and it’s a perfect pasta salad to serve as a side to some grilled meats or as a hearty addition to a picnic.
This dish is springtime perfection. Tender asparagus, creamy white beans, bright lemon and sweet basil tossed with quinoa for a great prep-ahead side that’s amazing served chilled by itself or as an accompaniment to anything off the grill.
Another great prep-ahead quinoa salad, this one is packed with fresh veggies and reminds me why I am so excited for summer (tomato season)!
This is another of my summertime favorites and the longer it sits the better it gets which makes it absolutely perfect for prepping in advance and serving up alongside anything off the grill!
