Gameplan:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and cut the sweet potatoes for the Turkey Burgers with Broccoli Slaw and Sweet Potato Fries AHP 724 into matchsticks. Toss in a bowl and pop into the oven.
  2. Prep the peppers and onions for the Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas with Cauliflower Rice AHP 723 set aside.
  3. Prep the chicken for the Chicken Parmesan with Orzo AHP 725 and place on a baking sheet —> pop into the oven.
  4. Bring a pot of water for the orzo for the Chicken Parmesan with Orzo AHP 725 to a boil.
  5. Cut the onion and garlic and add it to a skillet over medium heat with olive oil, Celtic salt and red pepper flakes for the Chicken Parmesan with Orzo AHP 725.

  7. Pull the chicken for the Chicken Parmesan with Orzo AHP 725 out of the oven.
  8. Flip on the broiler and broil the peppers and onions for the Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas with Cauliflower Rice AHP 723. If the sweet potato fries aren’t done yet just move down to the bottom rack and keep a close eye.

  18. Prep the dressing for the Kale Salad with Apple, Pecorino and Pan-Seared Pork Chops AHP 726. Grate Romano, add nuts.
  19. Toss the orzo with leftover sauce.
  20. Cook the cauliflower rice for the Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas with Cauliflower Rice AHP 723.
