I don’t know about you but as much as I love technology I am still a pen and paper girl at heart. I love to handwrite things from my planner to my shopping list and even my meal plan. While digital is great I love to have a physical copy as well. And when it comes to meal plans I find it best to have a copy on the fridge so everyone knows what’s on the menu!
I thought it would be fun to put together this little print out for you all to download, print and begin filling in with your menu each week! I’ve even included a spot to enter the AHP # for easy tracking with my fitness pal as well as a spot to write in what list you’ll find your recipes in so you can stay organized and anyone can use it!
