I’ve had a lot of you email me telling me that you’re looking for quick + easy + healthy recipes that don’t have a lot of ingredients. Well, I feel ya – I want the same. So I figured it would be fun to do a little recipe round-up of quick + easy AHP recipes with 5 ingredients or less! And let me tell ya, once I got started I found SO many so this is just a little glimpse into some of the recipes you’ll find in the software.
Now the question is which to cook first?! Oh, and when you want to cook one of these just click the title or search the title in the search feature inside of the software.
Is there a general correlation between the amount of ingredients and quality of the meal? Nope. Do fewer component parts always make for simpler preparation? Not necessarily. Do our juicy balsamic-thyme bison burgers served with nutty roasted Brussels sprouts and crispy shallots render such questions meaningless by being both delicious and simple with only a few ingredients? Absolutely!

Perfection!
