Bison Burgers with Crispy Shallots and Roasted Shaved Brussels AHP 589

Is there a general correlation between the amount of ingredients and quality of the meal? Nope. Do fewer component parts always make for simpler preparation? Not necessarily. Do our juicy balsamic-thyme bison burgers served with nutty roasted Brussels sprouts and crispy shallots render such questions meaningless by being both delicious and simple with only a few ingredients? Absolutely!

Balsamic Pork with Apple and Lentil Salad AHP402

Read all about it! Apples, lentils and balsamic pork chops have settled their differences and combined to form the mother of all spring salads! They may all have very different flavors but after mediation with lemon and parsley, they’ve realized that life will be better if they all work together!

Chicken Thighs with Olive and Orange Spinach Salad AHP002

A light yet satisfying dish, I love the combination of juicy oranges and salty Kalamata olives with the rosemary-infused chicken thighs offering a final herbaceous pop!

Pork Chops with Grain Mustard Potato Salad AHP501

What three features does your ideal dish need? For us, it has to be simple and delicious but it also helps when the plated meal looks like an absolute show-stopper. And this simple combination of seared bone-in pork chops with a whole grain mustard and mustard green potato salad delivers each in spades!

Pork with Fennel AHP250

Juicy, pan-roasted bone-in pork chops are served with sweet, roasted fennel and tart lemon for a meal that’s all about taking quality ingredients and preparing them to perfection. Hands up who wants a simple, restaurant quality meal in less than 30 minutes?

Ribeye with Soy Butter Glaze and Broccolini AHP279

Steak dishes have traditionally been boring but dependable. A little bit of bad with a little bit of good. But when you perfectly pan-sear ribeye and serve with luscious soy butter and tender roasted broccolini, you get a whole lot of good with a massive dollop of great!

Pan-Seared Salmon with Ginger Butter Brussels Sprouts AHP373

You don’t see ginger paired with Brussels sprouts too often but once you’ve tasted it you’ll wonder why. Their respective flavors beautifully complement one another and that’s before you add delicate pan-seared salmon to the mix!

Basil Butter Chicken with Caramelized Leeks AHP407

We’ve done it again. We’ve just gone and stuffed flavor-packed butter under the skin of our chicken and it’s rocking our world. Sweet basil butter yields a moist and juicy chicken breast with a crispy skin and when served with caramelized leeks, tender asparagus and crispy sweet potato cubes, you’ll wonder how you ever cooked chicken any other way!

Brazilian Garlic Butter Steak with Roasted Green Beans AHP498

Steak and garlic are two ingredients you’ll find pretty frequently in Brazilian cuisine and for our take on a Rio classic, we brown butter until it becomes rich and nutty and then infuse it with sweet garlic before serving over juicy steak and tender green beans. O jogo bonito in the kitchen!

Pork Chops with Mushrooms and Shallots AHP609

Wintery weather always calls for rustic, warming dinners and this ensemble of juicy pan-roasted pork chops topped with chive-and-mustard-sautéed mushrooms and crisp green beans is just the thing to keep that winter wolf from the door!

Salmon in Parchment AHP005

A light meal with fresh and zesty flavors for any time of the year! The salmon is moist and delicious while the veggies remain fresh and crisp! We love this meal because it’s low maintenance to prepare and requires next to no clean-up!

New York Strip with Roasted Garlic Butter and Green Beans AHP258

We take New York strip and sear it to get a nice crust before topping with a luscious roasted garlic butter and serving with perfectly tender green beans for another fun take on a steakhouse classic at home.

Pork with Warm Brussels Sprout and Manchego Salad AHP613

We’re just going to come out and say it. We love Brussels sprouts. They’re just such a wonderfully tasty, healthy and versatile addition to so many meals and with winter being peak season for these little beauties, we’re going to eat them however we can. And since we also love juicy pan-seared pork chops, manchego cheese and slivered almonds, there’s surely something we can throw together!

Fettuccine Aglio e Olio AHP384

Spaghetti aglio e olio is a traditional Italian pasta dish hailing from Naples. The dish is made by lightly sautéing minced or pressed garlic in olive oil, sometimes with the addition of dried red chili flakes before tossing with spaghetti. For our version, we use fresh fettuccine and toss it with tender, wilted kale for a nutritional punch!

Herbed Chicken with Garlic-Infused Zucchini Noodles AHP450

When is pasta not pasta? When it’s zucchini noodles! We toss our light and tender noodles in a garlic-infused sauce before serving with fresh tomatoes and crispy herbed chicken thighs for the paleo “pasta” dish you’ve always wanted!

Lime-Cilantro Salmon with Crispy Roasted Broccoli AHP414

Perfectly pan-seared salmon bathed in the most luscious lime-cilantro garlic butter and served with crispy broccoli that will convince anyone to become a broccoli convert!

Steak with Basil Butter and Haricot Verts AHP140

Melt-in-your-mouth steak topped with herbaceous basil butter and served over tender French green beans. If only life were this simple (or delicious)!

Gnocchi with Butternut Squash and Crispy Kale AHP015

We love this combination of sweet butternut squash with salty kale and little pillows of gnocchi. YUM!

Gnocchi with Chorizo and Roasted Red Peppers AHP599

As the name suggests, dishes in our “Omnivore” section are designed with the broadest palates in mind and the best part about this is the ability to combine all sorts of flavors and textures into every dish. And nowhere is this more evident than in our distinguished, Italian restaurant-quality combo of pan-seared gnocchi tossed with tangy roasted red pepper, spicy chorizo and sautéed Tuscan kale!

Haddock with Caramelized Beets and Greens AHP022

Ever want to have some earthy and rustic from the sea? Well, this light fish dish with caramelized beets and tender, melt-in-your-mouth lemony beet greens shall make your oxymoronic desires a reality!

Curried Butternut Squash Soup AHP008

A light, yet comforting butternut squash soup full of curry flavor and served with crusty bread for dipping. Plus, you can’t beat the health benefits of anti-inflammatory turmeric!

Cajun Pork with Salt and Vinegar Kale Chips AHP113

Spicy pan-seared bone-in pork chops served with crispy salt and vinegar kale chips. And that’s all you’re getting, not because we’re mean but because these are mean pork chops!

New York Strip with Crispy Potatoes and Blistered Shishito Peppers AHP451

So, you probably haven’t heard of shishito peppers. We love them here at AHP simply because they’re normally sweet but every so often you’ll stumble across a spicy one that’ll add a surprise burst of heat to any dish. And with this in mind, we roast these delicious little blighters until blistered and toss them with crispy Yukon Gold potatoes before completing the ensemble with pan-seared New York strip. Perfection!

Cabbage and Noodles AHP003

Hands down one of my favorite meals on the planet. It’s fast, filling and absolutely delicious. And if I’m feeling crazy, I’ll add a fried egg on top!
